Fable III is the next blockbuster installment in the highly praised Fable franchise. You'll be helping ghosts with mommy issues before you know it. The property and the romance system are better than they have ever been, the combat system feels less exhausting compared to Fable 2 while admittedly still not great and my biggest problem with the whole seriesand the story feels very personal with actual stakes and difficult decisions to make.
If you skipped out on this game 10 years ago, because of the mixed reception, but you loved Fable and Fable 2; you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't reconsider giving it a shot. One save. No other chances if it glitches. Had it happen twice at the end of the game on two different playthroughs. Glitched behind a gate during th rebellion fight and when loading it corrupted the save and booted me to the beginning.
I was about at the end vs the darkness. Not an awesome feeling. The game is functional, but the story and concept behind it is weak. The wheels completely fall off basing your characters sacrifices on money, which is way too easy to get and functionally pointless to spend, and "friendships" you form with bland side characters.
The real kicker is the ending, a war against pure evil, in the form of bad guys who die from a single fable 3 pc free download and are as damaging as dust mites.
